The region code of the DVD player is easily changed in the setup menu of the player or directly from your remote control. Most KeyMasters offer both automatic and manual region selection. The different configurations are shown on the Installation Diagrams page next to each dvd player. Automatic region selection means that the dvd player is able to auto-detect and change the region to be able to play a movie, where as manual region selection means that you are able to change the region by using the remote control. It is still possible to use your original settings in the setup menu even if you use KeyMaster. All functions are still available and you are still able to change settings. KeyMaster does not removes vital functions such as RGB output or the like from the dvd player. With some KeyMasters programming the playing order of CD tracks will not be available as they are used for region selection. KeyMaster has no external switches; all operations are executed using the setup menu of the dvd player or directly from the remote control KeyMaster supports discs which are encoded using RCE Technology.
